Q Hotel established in the summer of 2018.

We founded by several partners from our design company. The reason we started is we couldn't find a pet hotel that met our expectations, so we decided to run a pet hotel that met our ideals.

"What service experience I expect when I walk into this store with my pet?"

We have always thought about how to run this store from the perspective of pet owners, because we wish our store where we can feel safe delivering our own pets.

In the past few years of operation Q Hotel, in addition to accumulating a lot of experience in pet care and practical management, we have also continuously enriched our professional knowledge in the pet field. Including KCT dog grooming certification, pet care certification, pet long-term license, pet aromatherapy certificate...etc.

At the fifth year we moved to new place. Through the experience accumulated over the past few years, we have re-planned and improved the previous shortcomings, and hope to provide more space for pets. Committed to becoming a high-quality brand of pet boarding services is our constant goal.
